benefits and convenience of electronic delivery, including:
- Immediate receipt of the Proxy Statement, Annual
Report to Shareholders and related materials.
- Elimination of bulky documents from personal files.
- Reduction of the Corporation's printing and mailing
costs associated with more traditional delivery methods.
- Online proxy voting.
Description of Service:
You are consenting to receive electronically over the
Internet announcements for all available material, including
but not limited to the Corporation's Proxy Statement
and Annual Report to Shareholders. Unless you intend
to cast your vote in person at the shareholder meeting
or by telephone, which is your right, you are also consenting
to vote electronically over the Internet. All accounts
associated with the Social Security Number or Tax Identification
Number entered will automatically be enrolled for this
service. If you wish to take advantage of these services,
you must have an e-mail account. You will receive an
e-mail confirmation of your enrollment. To receive e-mail
notification when annual report and proxy materials
and other shareholder communications are available for
online review, please provide the information requested
on the right. When the materials are available on the
Internet, you will receive an e-mail containing a link
to the document. Documents which are not available electronically
will be sent to you by mail.
If, after enrollment in this electronic delivery service,
you would like to receive a printed set of shareowner
materials for a particular mailing, in addition to your
e-mail notification, you may request hard copy delivery

Your enrollment in the new online program will remain
in effect as long as your account remains active or
until you cancel your enrollment. You are free to change
your e-mail address and Personal Identification Number
(PIN) or cancel your enrollment at any time by returning
to this site and clicking on the change/cancel existing enrollment link. Email
addresses provided for this service will only be used
for the Electronic Delivery of Shareholder Documents
service.
Enrollment in this service requires that you have a
personal computer with appropriate browser software,
such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator,
or equivalent, and e-mail software as well as communications
access to the Internet. Please note that although there
is no charge for this service, there may be costs, such
as usage charges from Internet access providers and
telephone companies, and risks, such as system outages,
associated with electronic access to our documents.
These costs and risks are your responsibility. Should
you wish to print materials that have been delivered
electronically, you must have a printer as well. Some
material may be electronically published in Portable
Document Format (PDF). In order to view PDF-formatted
documents, you must have the Adobe Acrobat viewer software.
