Your enrollment in the new online program will remain in effect as long as your account remains active or until you cancel your enrollment. You are free to change your e-mail address and Personal Identification Number (PIN) or cancel your enrollment at any time by returning to this site and clicking on the change/cancel existing enrollment link.
Enrollment in this service requires that you have a personal computer with appropriate browser software, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, or equivalent, and e-mail software as well as communications access to the Internet. Please note that although there is no charge for this service, there may be costs, such as usage charges from Internet access providers and telephone companies, and risks, such as system outages, associated with electronic access to our documents. These costs and risks are your responsibility. Should you wish to print materials that have been delivered electronically, you must have a printer as well. Some material may be electronically published in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to view PDF-formatted documents, you must have the Adobe Acrobat viewer software. This viewer is available for download, free-of-charge, from www.adobe.com.
