This free service provides you with electronic access to annual shareholder materials. Use it to:

  • Get Target's annual report and proxy statement
  • Cast your proxy vote in a secure, online enviornment
  • Eliminate bulky mailed materials from your personal files
  • Help Target reduce printing and mailing expenses

Terms of Service

You agree to receive all available annual shareholder materials over the Internet. Unless you intend to vote in person at the shareholder meeting, or by telephone, which is your right, you also agree to vote online.

All accounts associated with the SSN or Tax ID Number you enter will automatically be enrolled for this service.

When shareholder materials are posted on the Investor Relations website, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to the material(s). Shareholder materials that are not available online will be mailed to you.

Enrollment Requirements

To enroll in E-Delivery, you must have an e-mail account. You will need a personal computer with browser software such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator (or the equivalent), as well as Internet access. If you want to print materials delivered electronically, you will need a printer. Some materials may be delivered as Portable Document Format (PDF) files. In order to view PDF files, you need the Adobe Acrobat viewer software, which is available for download, free of charge, from www.adobe.com.

Please note that, although there is no charge for the E-Delivery service, there may be costs, such as usage charges from Internet-access providers and telephone companies. There may also be risks, such as system outages, associated with electronic access to our documents. These costs and risks are your responsibility.

You will be enrolled in E-Delivery as long as your account remains active or until you cancel your enrollment.

To change your e-mail address or Personal Identification Number (PIN), or to cancel your EDelivery enrollment at any time, please complete the change/cancel form.
