You are consenting to receive electronically over the Internet announcements for all available material, including but not limited to the Corporation's Proxy Statement and Annual Report to Shareholders. Unless you intend to cast your vote in person at the shareholder meeting or by telephone, which is your right, you are also consenting to vote electronically over the Internet. All accounts associated with the Account Number entered will automatically be enrolled for this service. If you wish to take advantage of these services, you must have an e-mail account. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your enrollment. To receive e-mail notification when annual report and proxy materials and other shareholder communications are available for online review, please provide the information requested above. When the materials are available on the Internet, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to the document. Documents which are not available electronically will be sent to you by mail.

Your enrollment in the new online program will remain in effect as long as your account remains active or until you cancel your enrollment.
