E-REPORT
Enrollment
Enroll in E-Reports and you will receive e-mail notifications when your Nuveen prospectuses and their supplements, annual and semi-annual reports and other informational materials are available to view online.

To register, fill out the information below. Once your request is processed, we will replace future paper copies of these documents with e-mail notifications that the documents are available on Nuveen's Web site. You will continue to receive these e-mails until you notify us otherwise.

Note: Electronic delivery will begin with documents mailed in July 2001.

You are consenting to receive the above materials electronically over the Internet. If you wish to take advantage of E-Reports you must have an e-mail account and access to an Internet browser and Adobe Acrobat Reader. All accounts associated with the Social Security Number entered will automatically be enrolled for this service.
  
Please note that although there is no charge for E-Reports, there may be costs associated with electronic access to the document as usage charges from Internet access providers and telephone companies. These costs are your responsibility.
  
Your E-Reports enrollment will remain in effect as long as your account remains active or until you cancel your enrollment. You are free to change your e-mail address or cancel your enrollment at any time by returning to the Change Enrollment section on E-Report Enrollment.
