Description of Service:
You are consenting to receive electronically over the Internet announcements for all materials sent to our Shareowners generally, including but not limited to the Company's Annual Report, Proxy Statement, Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareowners, Prospectuses and other Company materials. Unless you intend to cast your vote in person at the Shareowners meeting, which is your right, you are also consenting to vote by phone or electronically over the Internet. All accounts associated with the Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number entered will automatically be enrolled for this service. If you wish to take advantage of these services, you must have an e-mail account. To receive e-mail notification when annual report and proxy materials and other Shareowner communications are available for on-line review, please provide the information requested on the right. You will be notified by e-mail when the materials are available on the Internet.

Your enrollment in the new on-line program will remain in effect as long as your account remains active or until you cancel your enrollment. You are free to change your e-mail address and Personal Identification Number (PIN) or cancel your enrollment at any time by returning to this site and clicking on the change/cancel existing enrollment link.

Enrollment in this service requires that you have a personal computer with appropriate browser software, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, or equivalent, and e-mail software as well as communications access to the Internet. Please note that although there is no charge for this service, there may be costs associated with electronic access to our documents, such as usage charges from Internet access providers and telephone companies. These costs are your responsibility. Should you wish to print materials that have been delivered electronically, you must have a printer as well. Some material may be electronically published in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to view PDF-formatted documents, you must have the Adobe Acrobat viewer software.
