Loomis Sayles is pleased to offer you the convenience of fast, efficient, paperless delivery of Loomis Sayles Funds prospectuses and shareholder reports.

You will be notified by e-mail when these documents become available on our Web site. Documents that are not available online will continue to be sent to you by mail.

Description of Service:

By using this site you consent to receive announcements for all available material, including, but not limited to prospectus, semi-annual reports and annual reports, via e-mail delivery. The Internet address (URL) where the materials are available will be contained within the e-mail announcement. Materials referenced within the e-mail announcement may be viewed electronically, or printed, via the Internet, and will be available for a period of one calendar year.

After enrolling in e-Delivery, you will no longer receive printed paper copies of the above material. If you would like to receive a printed set of shareholder materials for a particular fund, in addition to your e-mail notification, you may request hard copy delivery by calling 1-800-633-3330.

Enrollment in e-Delivery has no expiration date; it is in force until further instruction is received.

You may change or cancel your participation in electronic delivery at any time by clicking on the Change e-mail address or Cancel enrollment links and following the instructions.

Enrollment in e-Delivery requires that you have a personal computer with appropriate browser software, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, or equivalent, and e-mail software as well as communications access to the Internet. This access may incur charges from Internet service providers and local telephone companies. Should you wish to print materials that have been delivered electronically, you must have a printer as well. Some issuers electronically publish their materials in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to view PDF-formatted documents, you must have Adobe Acrobat viewer software. This viewer is available for download, free of charge, from www.adobe.com.
