Electronic Delivery Enrollment

We are pleased to offer to our Shareholders the benefits and convenience of electronic delivery, including:

  • Immediate receipt of the Proxy Statement, Annual Report to Shareholders and related materials.
  • Elimination of bulky documents from personal files.
  • Reduction of the Corporation's printing and mailing costs associated with more traditional delivery methods.
  • On-line proxy voting. 

Description of Service:
You are consenting to receive electronically over the Internet announcements for all available material, including but not limited to the Corporation's Proxy Statement, Annual Report to Shareholders and quarterlies. Unless you intend to cast your vote in person at the shareholder meeting, which is your right, you are also consenting to vote electronically over the Internet. All accounts associated with the Account Number entered will automatically be enrolled for this service. If you wish to take advantage of these services, you must have an e-mail account. To receive e-mail notification when annual report and proxy materials and other shareholder communications are available for on-line review, please provide the information requested on the right. You will be notified by e-mail when the materials are available on the Internet.

Your enrollment in the new on-line program will remain in effect as long as your account remains active or until you cancel your enrollment. You are free to change your e-mail address or cancel your enrollment at any time by filling out the change/cancel existing enrollment form.

Enrollment in this service requires that you have a personal computer with appropriate browser software, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, or equivalent, and e-mail software as well as communications access to the Internet. Please note that although there is no charge for this service, there may be costs associated with electronic access to our documents, such as usage charges from Internet access providers and telephone companies. These costs are your responsibility. Should you wish to print materials that have been delivered electronically, you must have a printer as well.
