Cancel E-Delivery
If you would like
to change your e-mail address for e-mail notification of
the availability of shareholder communications, including, among other
documents, the fund prospectus and shareholder reports, please complete the 5 steps
below.

(9 digits, no dashes, e.g. 123456789)

If your account is registered with a Tax Identification Number
(common for corporations, trusts, sole proprietors, partnerships, estate accounts,
and other legal entities) instead of a Social Security Number, you will need to
select "Tax ID" above.

2. Re-enter your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
(9 digits, no dashes, e.g. 123456789)

3. Enter your e-mail address

4. Re-enter your e-mail address

5. Please complete the CAPTCHA challenge.

6.
Click the Change Profile button to update your e-mail address for the purposes
of the E-Delivery service.

Enrollment button. After your request to cancel enrollment in the E-Delivery
service is processed, shareholder communications will be sent by mail to your address
of record.
