You are a Registered Stockholder if you hold your shares in book-entry form via the Direct Registration System ("DRS").

You are a 401(k) Holder if you have any dollar balance in the Viacom 401(k) Plan that is invested in Viacom stock, even if you are no longer an employee of Viacom.
